Program Information:

The Elite Performance Clinic (EPC) is part of our soccer specific strength and conditioning program. The purpose of the clinic is to connect motivated players with world class performance coaching. EPC's combine high performance strength and conditioning with functional soccer movements. This type of training is exactly what the best players in the world use, and who better to learn from than Olympic Gold Medalist and World Class Sports Performance Coach, Staci Wilson! (Click Here for Staci's Bio PagePlayers who attend the EPC Bay Area, will be guided by Coach Wilson, who has developed world renowned training methods that are used by some of the top soccer players and programs around the world.

 

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Strength

  • Speed

  • Agility/Movement

  • Explosiveness

  • Injury Prevention

  • Health & Nutrition (Including recovery and supplements)

Players will also be educated on:

  • Developing a Champion's training mentality.

  • How to properly train on your own.

  • Best practices for standing out at tryouts and ID camps.

  • College recruiting process and tips to achieve your goals beyond high school.

Players will take part in three 2 hour workouts and one (players only) group meeting/session focused on individual performance in training and games, as well as topics listed above.

Parents of attending players are invited to attend a small group college soccer talk with former NCAA DI recruiter and National Championship Coach, Jason Sisneros. This talk will also include a presentation on how to support your child's continued soccer development and include Q&A with Jason & Staci. This would be held on the Saturday evening (4-6pm) at a local residence for approximately 2 hours; See tentative schedule below.

Recommended Experience Level: EPC's are geared toward high school aged players who have ambition to play beyond high school. The EPC is open to boys and girls.

 

*It is highly recommended that players who attend are serious and committed to their soccer development.

Field Session Location: Carlmont High School and TBD

Classroom/Small Group Meetings: Local residence (address given to registered families)

Dates: March 27-29th

Times: Multiple sessions over the course of the weekend. See tentative schedule below:

Tentative EPC Bay Area Weekend Schedule:

  • Friday (March 27th)

    • 6-8pm - Workout 1 

  • Saturday (March 28th)  

    • 9am-11am - Workout 2

    • 11am-12:30pm - Players Group Talk & Lunch 

    • 12:30-3pm* - [TBD Possible Optional Work Out - Good as a make up session for those with conflicts at other times] 

    • 4-6pm - College & Performance Talk (Parents & Players Welcome)

  • Sunday (March 29th)

    • 7am-8:30am*- [TBD Possible Optional Work Out - Good as a make up session for those with conflicts at other times] 

    • 9am-11am - Workout 3

 

*Final schedule TBD based on our registrants. Option sessions may be used if they are needed to ensure players have opportunity to take full advantage of the weekend.
